Progress in the application of quantitative proteomics technology in oral squamous cell carcinoma

  • Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is one of the most common head and neck malignancies and has become a global public health problem. Prevention and early diagnosis are the main goals to reduce its burden. Quantitative proteomics technology can be used to quantify the total protein content of cells, tissues or organisms. In recent years, it has been used to explore specific biological markers of OSCC, study its pathogenesis, and find specific therapeutic targets, providing new ideas for early diagnosis and treatment of OSCC.
