Research progress of immunotherapy in clinical treatment of breast cancer

Breast cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest incidence in women all around the world, but its mechanism of pathogenesis is still unclear.Although traditional treatments such as surgical resection, radio-therapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and endocrine therapy can reduce the mortality of breast cancer to vary-ing degrees, some patients still die from tumor progression or treatment failure.With the deepening research of breast cancer, immunotherapy has made a breakthrough from basic research to clinical treatment in recent years.This article will review the general situation, specific strategies and immune-biomarkers for breast cancer.
