我国新质公共卫生人才需求、培养困境及对应策略

New-quality public health talents in China: demand, cultivation dilemma, and corresponding strategies

  • 摘要: 新质人才是推动各行业高质量发展的核心动力。目前,我国公共卫生队伍面临人才短缺、结构失衡和应对能力不足等一系列问题。在此背景下,培养符合新时代公共卫生事业需求的新质公共卫生人才,成为推动公共卫生事业高质量发展的迫切任务。因此,本研究将探讨新质公共卫生人才的内涵与特质、需求分析、培养中存在的问题及其应对策略,以期为我国新质公共卫生人才的培养提供理论支持。

     

    Abstract: New-quality talents serve as the key driver for promoting high-quality development across industries. Currently, China’s public health workforce faces a series of challenges including talent shortages, structural imbalances, and insufficient response capabilities. In this context, cultivating new-quality public health talents that meet the demands of public health services in the new era has become an urgent task to promote the high-quality development of public health initiatives. Therefore, this study will explore the connotations and characteristics of new-quality public health talents, conduct a demand analysis, identify the existing issues in talent cultivation, and propose corresponding strategies, so as to provide theoretical support for the cultivation of new-quality public health talents in China.
