Abstract:
Globally, non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, chronic respiratory diseases, and diabetes have become major public health problems that threaten human health and impact socio-economic development. The traditional hospital-centered, reactive health management model has revealed systematic limitations. This paper systematically elaborates on a new paradigm of digital and intelligent precision health management characterized by digitalization, precision, and intelligentization. By establishing a digital cornerstone, it integrates real-time physiological monitoring from wearable devices with multiomics molecular measurements, achieving comprehensive health data collection. Utilizing artificial intelligence technologies to conduct integrated analysis of multimodal data enables dynamic risk warning and early precision diagnosis of diseases. Through an intelligent decision-making system that combines virtual simulation of digital twins with real-time interaction from artificial intelligence(AI) health agents, a closed-loop management process for personalized intervention is formed. This paradigm shift will drive the transition of health management from reactive healthcare to proactive health, from population guidelines to individualized solutions, and from disease management to health promotion. In the future, digital and intelligent precision health management is expected to reshape the chronic disease prevention and control system, providing crucial support for realizing the Healthy China strategy.
