线粒体在芥子气损伤中的作用研究进展

Research progress on the role of mitochondria in sulfur mustard injury

  • 摘要: 芥子气(SM)是一种难防难治的化学战剂,可引起多个组织器官不可逆转的损伤,包括皮肤、眼睛、肺和神经系统等,迄今为止 SM的中毒机制尚不明确。已有 SM中毒机制研究表明,氧自由基大量产生、谷胱甘肽耗竭、NAD+的消耗、钙离子超载以及细胞凋亡等都与线粒体关系密切。本综述拟从线粒体形态、功能以及膜电位,氧化应激,线粒体DNA,NAD+,凋亡、自噬等方面对线粒体在 SM损伤中的作用进行总结,并展望了未来的研究方向。

     

    Abstract: Sulfur mustard is a kind of chemical warfare agent that is difficult to prevent and treat, and can cause irreversible damage to many tissues and organs, including skin, eyes, lungs and nervous system, etc. So far, the mechanism of SM poisoning has not been clear yet. Previous studies on the mechanism of SM poisoning show that the mass production of oxygen radicals, glutathione depletion, NAD+ consumption, calcium overload and cell apoptosis are closely related to mitochondria. This review aims to summarize the role of mitochondria in SM injury from the aspects of mitochondrial morphology, function, membrane potential, oxidative stress, mitochondrial DNA, NAD+, apoptosis, autophagy, etc., and outline the future research directions.
