多西环素对角膜碱烧伤修复作用机制的研究进展

Research progress on the mechanism of doxycycline in repairing corneal alkali burns

  • 摘要: 多西环素(Doxy)为广谱抑菌剂,高浓度时具有杀菌作用。Doxy除了具有抗菌作用外,在眼化学性碱烧伤中局部或全身应用还可以有效地抑制眼表炎症、角膜溶解、角膜瘢痕形成、角膜新生血管形成,并能降低长时间单用激素治疗的风险,具有抗角膜氧化应激损伤的潜能。随着眼化学性碱烧伤病理生理学研究的不断深入,Doxy对碱烧伤角膜的潜在修复机制的研究也日益深入。本文就Doxy对眼化学性碱烧伤中角膜修复作用机制的研究及进展进行系统回顾,以期为后续研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Doxycycline(Doxy) is a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent with bactericidal effect at high concentrations. In addition to its antibacterial effect, local or systemic application of Doxy in ocular alkali burns can effectively inhibit ocular surface inflammation, keratolysis, corneal scar formation, corneal neovascularization, reduce the risk of long-term hormone therapy alone and have the potential to resist corneal oxidative stress. With the further study of pathophysiology on ocular alkali burns, the potential repair mechanism of Doxy on alkali burned corneas is also being explored constantly. This article mainly provides a systematic review of the research and progress on the mechanism of Doxy's effect on corneal repair in ocular alkali burns, in order to provide reference for follow-up research.
