Abstract:
Lung adenocarcinoma is the most common pathological classification of lung cancer, with a high degree of heterogeneity. Most patients are found in the advanced stage, missing the best treatment opportunity, and seriously affecting the survival period of patients.Although the continuous development of precision medicine has made breakthrough progress in the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma, the survival rate of lung adenocarcinoma patients is still very low, at only about 15%, so it is urgent to find new treatment measures. In the past decade, many researchers have found that ferroptosis plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cancer, and tumor immunity has also brought hope to patients. The mechanism of synergistic anti-tumor effect of ferroptosis and tumor immunity has also been a hot research topic in recent years. This article summarizes ferroptosis and its role in lung adenocarcinoma and tumor immunity.
