铁死亡在肺腺癌和肺腺癌免疫中调节机制的研究进展

Research progress on the regulatory mechanism of ferroptosis in lung adenocarcinoma and tumor immunity

  • 摘要: 肺腺癌是肺癌中最常见的病理分型,具有高度的异质性,多数患者发现时已是晚期,错过了最佳治疗时机,严重影响患者的生存期,虽然在精准医学的不断发展中,肺腺癌的相关治疗已取得突破性的进步,但是肺腺癌患者的生存率仍然很低,只有约15%。因此,迫切需要寻找新的治疗措施。最近的十几年中,很多研究者发现铁死亡在癌症的发生发展中发挥了重要作用,肿瘤免疫也为患者带来了曙光,铁死亡与肿瘤免疫协同抗肿瘤作用的机制也是近年来研究的热点。本文将铁死亡以及其在肺腺癌和肿瘤免疫中作用进行总结论述。

     

    Abstract: Lung adenocarcinoma is the most common pathological classification of lung cancer, with a high degree of heterogeneity.Most patients are found in the advanced stage, missing the best treatment opportunity, and seriously affecting the survival period of patients.Although the continuous development of precision medicine has made breakthrough progress in the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma, the survival rate of lung adenocarcinoma patients is still very low, at only about 15%, so it is urgent to find new treatment measures.In the past decade, many researchers have found that ferroptosis plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cancer, and tumor immunity has also brought hope to patients.The mechanism of synergistic anti-tumor effect of ferroptosis and tumor immunity has also been a hot research topic in recent years.This article summarizes ferroptosis and its role in lung adenocarcinoma and tumor immunity.
