Abstract: With the transformation of medical mode and the promotion of strategies such as Healthy China, nursing profession has added new connotations accordingly.Therefore, new requirements are put forward for undergraduate nursing education.Guangxi Medical University adheres to post competence as the guidance to build the nursing talent training mode of“attaching equal importance to morality and skill, cross-integration, medical education coordination and wisdom teaching”.This mode is implemented through the whole process of nursing talent training and various stages and has achieved significant results.
