Abstract: The pandemic of SARS-CoV-2 in the world has brought great challenges to the field of organ transplantation.Solid organ transplantation (SOT) recipients need immunosuppressive induction and long-term use of immunosuppressants, their immune function is relatively low, so they are susceptible to SARS-CoV-2.In order to guide the diagnosis and treatment for patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection after SOT more scientifically and normatively and improve the treatment level of physicians in specialists and related disciplines for patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection during perioperative solid organ transplantation, the Organ Transplantation Branch of Guangxi Medical Doctor Association, the Organ Transplantation Branch of Guangxi Medical Association, the Respiratory Physicians Branch of Guangxi Medical Doctor Association and the Severe Physicians Branch of Guangxi Medical Doctor Association organize experts to compile the diagnosis and treatment program for SARSCoV-2 infection in the perioperative period of solid organ transplantation recipients in Guangxi.
