叙事医学在全科医学生皮肤病教育中的应用

Application of narrative medicine in dermatology education for general practitioners

  • 摘要: 皮肤病具有难治、复发的特点,可引起抑郁、焦虑等严重心理问题,是基层全科医疗的重点和难点。“叙事医学”主张医护的共情、反思和信任,实现对患者身心的疗愈。全科医学生的临床教育,需要将“叙事医学”理念运用其中,培养全科医学生在医学实践活动中的“叙事能力”。本研究围绕着全科医学生皮肤病教育展开讨论,分析叙事医学理念在教学中的应用价值,探讨提高教学质量的有效方法,为全科医学生的叙事医学教学策略提供相应的建议和指导。

     

    Abstract: Skin diseases are challenging to treat, easy to recur, and can cause severe psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.Skin diseases are emphases and difficulties in primary medical institutions.“Narrative medicine”advocates empathy, reflection and trust of medical professionals to achieve physical and mental healing of patients.Medical educators should apply the concept of“narrative medicine”to the clinical education of general practitioners, and cultivate their“narrative ability”in medical practice.This study mainly focuses on dermatology education in the training of general practitioners, analyzes the application value of narrative medicine in clinical teaching, and discusses effective methods to improve teaching quality.The above contents will provide meaningful suggestions and guidance for the narrative medicine teaching strategies of general practitioners.
