Abstract:
Cell is the basic unit of life activity.Cell biological information is rich and complex and closely related to the occurrence and progression of diseases.In recent years, cell bioinformatics detection and analysis technology has been developed rapidly and widely used in the field of disease diagnosis.In this paper, the research progress of cell biological information in disease diagnosis at different levels such as molecular information, microstructure and atlas, electromagnetic properties, temperature characteristics and mechanical properties is systematically reviewed, and the future development prospects and problems to be solved urgently are prospected and discussed.
