基于医学伦理教育视角探析医学伦理实践的困境与路径

Exproration on the dilemma and path of medical ethics practice based on the perspective of medical ethics education

  • 摘要: 我国医学伦理实践在一定程度上存在理论认识失准、实践操作失范、伦理决策失效等问题。从医学伦理教育的视角来分析,主要原因包括医学伦理教育目标重理论轻实践、教育理念重技能轻素养、课程设置重模块轻整合、教学方式重灌输轻探究。应创新医学伦理教育目标、教育理念、课程模式和教学方式,建立医学伦理教育协同机制、知识整合机制、精神涵养机制和知识探究机制,提升医学伦理素养和医学伦理决策能力。

     

    Abstract: To a certain extent, there are some problems in medical ethics practice in China, such as inaccurate theoretical understanding of medical ethics, misconduct in practical operation, and ineffective ethical decisionmaking.From the perspective of medical ethics education, the reasons mainly include that the educational goal of medical ethics emphasizes theory over practice, the educational concept emphasizes skills over literacy, the curriculum setting emphasizes modules over integration, and the teaching method emphasizes indoctrination over exploration.It is necessary to innovate the objectives, educational concepts, curriculum models and teaching methods of medical ethics education, establish a cooperative mechanism, a knowledge integration mechanism, a spiritual cultivation mechanism and a knowledge inquiry mechanism of medical ethics education so as to improve medical ethics literacy and medical ethics decision-making ability.
