促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂预处理在辅助生殖技术中的应用进展

Advances in the application of gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist pretreatment in assisted reproductive technology

摘要: 卵巢控制性超促排卵（COS）是体外受精/卵细胞浆内单精子注射（IVF/ICSI）治疗中至关重要的环节, 促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂（GnRH-ant）方案因超促排卵时间短、促性腺激素（Gn）用量少、保留垂体反应性以及显著降低卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）的发生率等优势成为当今主流COS方案之一，如何优化该方案的应用成为当今研究热点。使用GnRH-ant预处理正成为一种有前景的拮抗剂方案COS 启动前的预处理方法，本文就GnRH-ant 预处理在IVF/ICSI 拮抗剂方案中的应用做一综述。

Abstract: Controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) is a crucial part of the treatment of in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF/ICSI).The gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist (GnRH-ant) scheme has become one of the mainstream COS schemes nowadays due to its advantages such as short superovulation time, low gonadotropin (Gn) dosages, retention of pituitary reactivity, and significant reduction of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) incidence.Pretreatment using GnRH-ant is becoming a promising pretreatment method for COS pre-initiation of GnRH-ant regimens, and this article reviews the application of GnRH-ant pretreatment in IVF/ICSI GnRH-ant regimens.
